About Me:

I'm the director/teacher of a children's dance program, a wellness educator and a motivational writer/speaker. I teach in Minnesota at schools, child care centers and at The Minnesota Autism Center. I write dance education curriculum, I've had poetry published, I've developed wellness initiatives for children, adult learners, schools, hospitals and corporations. I enjoy writing human touch articles and stories. I've had the joy of raising two sons who've become wonderful young men and I have two beautiful grandchildren. I am The Dancing Grandma personally and professionally. I'm doing what I love and loving what I do!
